Terms and conditions

Scope

The present T&C apply to every order placed through aputia.ch, by phone or directly at the boutique in Malleray.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Products & pricing

Prices are displayed in CHF VAT included. Rates may change at any time; the amount invoiced corresponds to the price in force at checkout.

Products are offered while stocks last. If an item is unavailable we will notify you and refund the corresponding amount.

Orders & payments

Each order is confirmed by email summarising products, delivery option and total amount.

Online payments are processed via Shopify Payments (credit cards, TWINT) with PCI-DSS security. Cash payments are accepted in store.

Shipping & pickup

Orders are prepared within 48 business hours then shipped via Swiss Post or a trusted carrier.

Indicative delivery time: 3 to 6 business days within Switzerland. Click & collect in Malleray is free of charge.

Flat shipping fee: CHF 17. Free shipping from CHF 100. Final fees are confirmed on Shopify during checkout.

Returns & damaged goods

Food products are not returned for convenience reasons. If an item arrives damaged or unsafe to consume, contact us within 48h and share pictures.

Once the damage is confirmed, A'Putia organises the return or replacement and covers the associated shipping costs.

Alcohol & liability

Alcohol sales are strictly reserved for adults. An ID check may be required upon delivery or pickup.

A'Putia's liability is limited to the order amount. Improper storage after delivery remains the customer's responsibility.

Governing law

These T&C are subject to Swiss law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the canton of Bern.
